Gli italiani hanno costruito una rete di farmacie in Eritrea nel XX secolo e alcune di esse sono ancora aperte. La maggior parte di queste farmacie si trova nella capitale Asmara, città dichiarata sito Unesco nel 2017 per l’elevata concentrazione di arte modernista. Una delle farmacie più belle è la Farmacia Centrale grazie agli antichi arredi e alla collezione di cimeli farmaceutici.
The Italians built a net of pharmacies in Eritrea in the XX century, and some of them are still open. The majority of these pharmacies is located in the capital Asmara, town declared Unesco site in 2017 because of the concentration of modernist art. One of the most beautiful pharmacies is Farmacia Centrale, because of the ancient furniture and the collection of pharmaceutical items.
