"La Maddalena" è una delle più antiche farmacie esistenti a Grottaglie (TA) e si trova nel centro storico. La farmacia è di grande interesse artistico perché sulla volta mostra affreschi dell'artista locale Ciro Fanigliulo, risalenti al 1908. Parte degli arredi risale agli inizi del XX secolo, tuttavia un'altra parte è stata sostituita da mobili moderni dopo che quelli originali furono danneggiati durante il restauro nel 2008. La farmacia ha avuto molti proprietari diversi e il titolare attuale è la dott.ssa Rosa Burdi.
"La Maddalena" is one of the most ancient pharmacy existing in Grottaglie (TA) and lies in his historic center. The pharmacy has a great artistic interest because it shows fresco paintings on the vault by the local artist Ciro Fanigliulo, dating back to the 1908. Part of the furniture belongs to the beginning of the 20th Century, however another part was replaced by modern components after the original ones had been damaged during the restoration in 2008. The pharmacy had many different owners and the present holder is the Dr. Rosa Burdi.
