A life dedicated to the history of pharmacy, a project, by Annamaria Monti Beccarelli
In questo breve testo vengono riassunti il percorso formativo e i moltissimi impegni, le responsabilità assunte, i progetti, i tanti interessi in campo scientifico, storico, artistico e culturale portati avanti dal dottor Angelo Beccarelli, che è stato Presidente dell’Accademia Italiana di Storia della Farmacia dal gennaio 2014 al dicembre 2022.
Egli ha potuto solo cominciare a realizzare un sogno: un museo della farmacia che fosse anche un centro di studio della storia della farmacia. L’ennesimo progetto che ancora una volta si realizzerà grazie anche alle precise indicazioni da lui lasciate.
This short text summarizes the training path and the many commitments, the responsibilities assumed, the projects, the many interests in the scientific, historical, artistic and cultural fields carried out by Dr. Angelo Beccarelli, who was President of the Italian Academy of History of Pharmacy from January 2014 to December 2022.
He could only begin to realize a dream: a pharmacy museum that was also a center for studies on the history of pharmacy. A project that will be realized once again thanks to the precise indications left by him.
