Pseudo-Savonarola, classe II 147, detto anche Ricettario Medico-Cosmetico, è un manoscritto del XVI secolo, conservato presso la Biblioteca Comunale Ariostea di Ferrara, che riporta tra le molte anche alcune ricette chiaramente mirate alla deodorazione/profumazione della persona. Alcune sono ricette per l’igiene intima, altre sono formulazioni odorifere e sbiancanti.Dopo un’attenta analisi delle materie prime possiamo validare scientificamente le proprietà dichiarate.Grazie alla moderna tecnologia antiche ricette possono essere riprodotte ancora oggi, seguendo le normative europee.
Pseudo-Savonarola, class II 147, also called Ricettario Medico-Cosmetico (Medical-Cosmetic Book), is a manuscript of the sixteenth century kept in the renowned Ariostea Library of Ferrara, which also includes some recipes (among many) clearly aimed at the deodorization of the person. Some are recipes for intimate hygiene, others are perfuming and whitening formulations.After a careful analysis of the raw materials we can scientifically validate the claimed properties.Thanks to modern technology ancient recipes can still be reproduced today, following the European regulations.
